Mr. Talarico seems to be unsurprisingly clueless to the constitutional reality that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend for national healthcare purposes, the post-16th and 17th Amendment ratification, Democratic majority-stacked, Constitution-ignoring Supreme Court getting vote-buying (e.g. gender affirming healthcare) national healthcare programs wrong imo.

There are Democrat candidates far worse than Talarico that the Democrats should have hung around their necks. Problem I have is there are valid studies out of England, Scandinavia and the U.S. that show medical interventions in gender dysphoria has no change in out comes. Transgender treatments are child abuse.
