Cellphone footage captured a seemingly random, violent and frightening attack inside a Simi Valley Target store Wednesday night, in which a 34-year-old man was arrested and several people were injured.
Officers with the Simi Valley Police Department responded around 6 p.m. June 17 to a reported disturbance at the Target store located at 51 Tierra Rejada Road.
According to police, a man later identified as Rejean Tabor immediately began choking a female customer standing at a checkout counter moments after he entered the store.

I would bet theres some kind of relationship between them, its rare they just grab a random person for such a personal type of attack, in public sith dozens of eyewitnesses.
If you read the article, you will see that the police said there is no relationship between them. These savages need no excuse to commit violence and murder.
Just like that young lady on the subway who was stabbed to death . You gotta turn off the TV and get out more
