Here’s how the Sacramento Bee reported on the incident:
A 24-year-old truck driver was arrested on suspicion of felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and felony hit-and-run resulting in death or injury, according to the CHP and San Joaquin County jail records. He also was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing a peace officer after trying to flee the scene, according to CHP Stockton office spokesperson Officer Itzel Aguilar.
One little detail left out of the story. This is the 5th fatal crash in the US caused by an illegal alien truck driver during the last 12 months killing a total of 14 people
The trucking companies hiring these non-English speaking foreign drivers should pay a heavy price for these incidents. And the drivers should be permanently deported (along with whatever sort of headgear they are sporting).
California the no good news state
After conviction shouldn’t these criminals be run over by a large, loaded semi? Enough with coddling these criminals who know they are breaking many, many laws.
The undocumented should be hiding in a hole someplace not driving on the highways
Last week SCOTUS unanimously agreed….even the libs!….the trucking companies that hires illegals can be held responsible for death, damage and injury.
Yes equal rights
We don’t have enough AMERICAN truck drivers to drive our trucks? We need Injun dildoes to do it? Come on America. Get a job and stop allowing these sorry non- Americans from getting them. Geez.
We have plenty of American men who are willing to take these jobs.We have states that engage in blatant anti-white and anti-American bias.
Et tu, Fox News?
“The trucking companies hiring these non-English speaking foreign drivers should pay a heavy price for these incidents.”
a 9-0 SCOTUS decision last week opened up the floodgates for those kinds of lawsuits, which for decades had been stymied by incorrect lower court decisions ...
“We don’t have enough AMERICAN truck drivers to drive our trucks?”
fly-by-night dot-indian owned trucking companies hiring ONLY cheap, illegal and unsafe drivers bankrupted a whole slew of venerable national trucking companies like Yellow Freight ... hopefully, with the new lawsuits unleashed by SCOTUS last week, those fly-by-night companies won’t be able to obtain liability insurance, and any company hiring their services will be liable as well ...
ASK YOURSELF HOW MANY DRIVERS FOR AMAZON CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH-—I HAVE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS.....
DRIVER KEEP REPEATING “NO SPEAK ENGLISH” OVER & OVER WHEN HE DROVE INTO MY PRIVATE PROPERTY WHILE”ATTEMPTING TO FOLLOW A GPS”.
I DO NOT USE AMAZON. I WAS NOT AMUSED AT ALL.
The picture of that car...
If the drives was insured, if he drove for a company that had insurance, I hope the family of the victims, the Feds go after the insurer/s.
More American blood on Scumbag Newscum’s hands. He needs to be in prison.
“Last week SCOTUS unanimously agreed….even the libs!….the trucking companies that hires illegals can be held responsible for death, damage and injury.”
I missed that. Great news! Thanks.
