Is Atty. General involved with this subpoena this time, or will she sit back again and allow a less experienced lawyer to lead the case (without adequate assistance), having it later fall apart due to technicalities?

I’ll not be losing sleep over this. To this point, NO ONE has been held to account for any of this treason.
I have no reason to believe that will change.

I think Comey is the worst of the lot. He left a meeting with Trump and put what he wanted to into his computer...about Mike Flynn. He said later that he did that so his input would be timely. He was basically setting up the President for blackmail. Comey did get Flynn in the end..and of course, Comey got Martha Stewart, too. Thank goodness...she was dangerous...always scared me.../s

Agree 100%. I went to a Dem national convention and in a different year to a Republican convention, worked for UPI photographer, getting names and chatting up people he “shot”. Congresscrits and some of the delegates were stupid and totally rude. Big mistake when talking to the press.
One outstanding exception was Bobby Kennedy, who was later shot. Straight up guy, called it as he saw it.
Other people might have totally different experiences with congress crits of course. I was young, earnest, and cute.
Up next, Senators working on their provocative tough-guy sound bites followed by a strongly worded letter.
James Comey and John Brennan are the low hanging fruit of treason and sedition. If our DOJ cannot find a reason to lock these two up then NO ONE is ever going to jail.
