Olbermann continued a pattern of controversial social media posts
Former ESPN broadcaster Keith Olbermann once again incited backlash on social media Wednesday after he called late legendary college football coach Lou Holtz a "legendary scumbag" in an X post on the day Holtz was announced dead.
"Legendary scumbag, yes," Olbermann wrote in response to a clip of Holtz criticizing former President Joe Biden in 2020 for supporting abortion rights.
Olbermann received scathing criticism in response to his post on X.
SNIP
One user echoed that sentiment, writing to Olbermann, "You're the real scumbag here. Lou Holtz had more class, integrity, and genuine decency in his pinky finger than you'll ever show in your lifetime."

Olbermann has always been a piece of shit.
Besides TDS Overbite suffers from Look-at-me disease. He is a loathsome person that lives in a world of hate.
He thinks being pro-life makes someone a scumbag?
Talk abut calling good evil and evil good!
He used to be a decent sports commentator back in the day.
Then he lost his mind. Literally. He was too much even for networks like msnbc.
I never liked him as a sportscaster, or the guy he was partnered with.
He is an eunuch.
Yes . Always a pos. But he’s lonely and needs attention
To say Olbermann is trash would be denigrating trash.
Wan’t he accused of doing bad things to women in the 2000’s?
Nothing new here, to Olberman, ANYONE that is not a vile, hateful, nut-case, far-left, totally insane and shameless, evil liberal is a scumbag.
That dude has some kind of Personality Disorder. Unfortunately there is no treatment or medication that help people that have PD.
Class. Pure class.
Arguably the worst media cleb on the planet. Ever.
I’ll reserve judgement until I see how many people attend Lou Holtz’s funeral and how many attend......uhhhhh....what’s this guy’s name again?
Former ESPN broadcaster Keith Olbermann once again bewhored himself for attention......
There. Fixed it.
Imagine, if you will, a Fox anchor referring to Jesse Jackson in the same descriptive manner.
Keith’s relevance expired long ago.
There’s something definitely wrong with that boy, he ain’t wired right.
