The Supreme Court on Friday blocked President Donald Trump’s use of an emergency law to unilaterally impose sweeping tariffs on most U.S. trading partners, delivering a blow to the president in a case centered on one of his signature economic policies — one he characterized as "life or death" for the U.S. economy.
In a 6-3 decision, the justices invalidated Trump's tariffs.
The Supreme Court heard oral arguments in November in the case, which centered on Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to enact his "Liberation Day" tariffs on most countries, including a 10% global tariff and a set of higher, so-called "reciprocal" tariffs on certain nations.

He is charged, with some of those things, and he’s going to court. The warrants were served. Don’t cheer for Maduro, it’s like cheering for Putin or the Ayatollahs, and it exposes your belief system.

Drugs. They are filled with drugs. They are not fishing. They aren’t out for pleasure cruises. They are not filled with refugees. They don’t answer to international signals to stop, they represent some of the fastest surface boats in the world, stocked with cargo, not answering to stop by legal signals. The job of the POTUS is to enforce the laws and protect Americans, both of which are happening here. I don’t care about people that have killed millions of Americans, but I care about other families and citizens. What’s important to you, because cheering for the people and cartels that have killed so many Americans demonstrates your belief system.

Assertions aren’t proof and the Government is one of the biggest liars in the world.
Have you ever fished offshore? Not close, I mean 80-100 miles out in the gulf or off Florida? Those types of boats, the setup, seen on video aren’t fishing. Those speeds in open ocean are a beating, they are not cruising. The boxes loaded on are a peril, they are missiles in rough seas and at speeds.
They are running Drugs.

Actually my dad had a boat of of egg harbor. I also know men have ego, people like things that go fast and sometimes countries want to do thing their way and not the American way and that would include legalizing drugs or looking the other way while the drug smugglers.

That would mean something if said boats were in the 12 mile off shore jurisdiction claimed by the USA as it’s territorial waters.
you know it’s funny. You supporters keep saying but..but what about piracy? Starting to like the dynamics of whom exactly is the pirate is starting to shift.
