A new poll released by the firm Cygnal has shown that Trump’s deportation agenda continues to grow more popular with the American people in spite of the best efforts of Democrats and the media to malign the administration.
Swing voters and independents overwhelmingly agree that those who have illegally entered the country have broken the law at 82 percent and 70 percent, respectively. Overall, 73 percent of American voters agree with the sentiment, while a surprisingly high 48 percent of Democrats would say that illegal border crossings constitute a crime.

Could be a message being sent and someone is not listening...
I was dismayed to see sentiments expressed in poll numbers that American Latinos are now turning against Trump and the GOP due to the ICE incidents.
CNN summary:
CNN’s Harry Enten reported a massive decline in Latino support for the administration, noting that net approval for the deportation program plummeted from 0 to -34 points between early 2025 and early 2026.
While economic concerns brought many Latinos to the GOP in 2024, by late 2025/early 2026, immigration, particularly the enforcement tactics used by ICE, became a major driver of dissatisfaction.
A late 2025/early 2026 poll found that 68% of Latinos view the agency as “too aggressive,” and roughly 80% believe the administration’s policies have been harmful to Hispanics.
Why can’t we deport democRATs? They think other countries are great. Why can’t we send them to Iran?
Many Ratlanders live for politics its not only for many their vocation but their avocation 7/24. Conservatives usually have other things to do and occupy their time. That’s why they are always motivated.
Latinos voted for Trump when he said over and over again that he was going to deport ALL illegals then they act surprised that he’s doing it..yeah you gotta be aggressive with criminal aliens, you cant ask them “Pretty please can you turn yourself in criminal alien with sugar on top and a cherry”
Yes, and although there is controversy over “preventing” and “deporting” illegal aliens under Obama, he is still the king of the deporters.
We need lots of ads on tv with Bill, Hillary and Obama firmly stating people who come here illegally have no rights and have to get out now. “They are breaking federal laws.”
People apparently believe waiting for illegal criminal aliens to die of old age or natural causes will be the way they will be gone someday.
1. This is Townhall, that leans right most of the time.
2. Latinos invite in their relatives, they come in as illegal aliens. Of course they don’t like it.
Take a look at this. These are the people calling us fascists.

Really? Republicans just lost another election in Texas.
Maybe Americans are tired of having their cities burned every time Dims don’t like something cops do.
And a better ground game. And fraud. And ability to win in the courts.
Under Obama, all sanctuary cities worked with him since you could NOT do anything against what Saint Barry wanted, that would make you racist and stuff
” a surprisingly high 48 percent of Democrats would say that illegal border crossings constitute a crime.”
So 52 percent of Democrats don’t think illegal border crossing is a crime. I wonder if they think it would be a crime if someone stole their car.
Don't worry. Many here are reassuring me that just like all of the other special elections where the Democrats have ran the table, Saturday's election in Texas means nothing.
It's always sunny on Free Republic.
In which there were 2 Republican candidates in November against one Democrat candidate,
Sum of two Republican candidates votes greater than the Democrat candidates vote.
Republicans still comfortably control Texas House and Senate.
Easy pickup for Republicans in November.
Let’s hope so brother. Our turnout, on average, has been abysmal.
See post 16.
The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution.
