The Brief
Dr. Oz claims to have identified 42 hospices in a four-block radius in Van Nuys, alleging they are part of a $3.5 billion fraud scheme.
Gov. Newsom’s office is reviewing reports of "racial profiling" after Oz filmed video outside Armenian-owned businesses, including a bakery and art studio.
Despite the high-profile claims, CMS has not yet released specific new case filings or names of the 42 entities allegedly involved in the Van Nuys cluster.

“racial profiling” is a legal shield to prevent investigating illegal activity. It is “legal protection” that is not consistent with equality before the law.

The whole world is stealing from us. The waste or theft of taxpayer dollars should be one of the most serious crimes, no different from serious financial crimes.
And politicians, who have an obligation to be vigilant guardians of taxpayer money, should also be charged and held accountable.
And health care fraud is a specialty I would guess.
It is time that we start arresting these Governors that are behind this fraud. Just go in grab them and ship them straight to Gitmo.

The whole World and about half of real Americans are stealing from us. Our streets ought to be paved with gold with nary a pot hole in sight. We’ve been had my whole 65 years. Screwed, blued and tattooed.
That's exactly right. I can only imagine how great America would be if every tax dollar was respected, and used solely for the benefit of taxpaying citizens.
Some of us have known for many years these millions of foreign nationals being dumped into our cities and towns we’re committing all types of crime.
Opening the borders and creating endless chain immigration policies was a recipe for national suicide.
Russians have a lot of jokes about how clever Armenians are, probably repurposed Jewish jokes.
My ex-boss at a city in SoCal had worked for a nearby city prior to her gig with us. It was heavily Armenian. She said that the corruption was so bad among that group that most people wouldn’t even believe it. Much worse that NYC or Russian Mafias.
