Just because he carried an extra clip doesn’t mean he was planning a mass killing. He had a permit and was legally carrying. The way Bovino describes what happens isn’t true. The guy didn’t have the gun out threatening agents as Bovino claims.

Going in close up, armed and then impeding law enforcement from attempting to make arrests? Why would the suspect being armed, even go into a venue like that? Just looking for it.
