A federal judge has ruled in favor of a Christian father seeking to have his kindergarten-aged child removed from classroom lessons teaching LGBT ideology, as litigation continues.
In a Dec. 30 opinion authored by Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV, the United States Court for the District of Massachusetts sided with the father, identified as “Alan L.,” in his litigation against Lexington Public Schools over its inclusion of LGBT-related material in the kindergarten curriculum.
The plaintiff, a father of a kindergarten student, alleges that the school district violated his “sincere and deeply held” religious beliefs as a “committed, practicing Christian” by exposing his child to content that directly contradicts those beliefs.
After the concerned father discovered that Lexington Public Schools was introducing “curriculum materials addressing topics related to sexual orientation, gender identity, and family structures that conflicted with [his] religious beliefs,” he repeatedly requested that his child be opted out. He further told the school he wanted to opt his child out of any curriculum related to diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as health class and “lessons, events, school assemblies or other instructional activities and programs which cover issues of sexual orientation or gender identity.”

Massachusetts is grooming kindergartners into the homosexual lifestyle? 100% sick!
The recent Maryland court decision will be in the parents favor
Ing pedo recruiters...babies!
A shot heard ‘round the world!
A strong argument for Home Schooling these youngsters. Most folks forget that education of the young was, for many years, a household or local community issue.
Things didn’t go really off the rails until the feds got involved...Thanks, Jimmuh, you POS.
Get your kids OUT of public school.
“Get your kids OUT of public school.”
I believe that, too.
But there’s a lot to be said for parents like this guy working on the inside who could be instrumental in changes being made across the board.
Three actually are parents who WANT their kids to be indoctrinated in public schools. My friend and her husband have offered (practically begged) to pay 100% for their three grand daughters’ private schooling.
The father is for it. The mother WANTS them exposed to the public school experience. Mother wears the pants in the family, so ...
There is NO gay gene. The genome was completely mapped by April 2003. The science is settled, despite what Lady Gaga says.
A win for that one family, but degeneracy is still the default.
MA is the cradle of homosexual grooming.
"Give me a break, it's legal now."
-- Teacher's reply to a protesting parent over homosexual lessons in school after "gay marriage" was implemented in that state.
Anyone who keeps their kid in public school loves their stuff more than their children. Period.
Don’t give me this BS about how your district is one of the best. It’s not. They are all corrupt.
One of the better districts in my state (Maryland so it’s a low bar) just admitted that they employed a drug dealer with firearm convictions as a kindergarten teacher.
It’s coming out this week that the superintendent had his county phone and laptop stolen by a hooker he picked up at an educational conference in New Orleans.
Educators are mostly garbage people. The system corrupts them.
You got that right.
I live in conservative Texas, and even some of the small, conservative outlying rural school districts in my metropolitan area have been bullied into implementing homosexual agenda items. I'm convinced that the Gaystapo specifically targets such school districts to make trouble for them and wage "lawfare" to the point where the district is hamstrung for cash, and capitulates due to the costs involved.
And there are plenty of well-coached sodomite teachers who will willingly move in to clean up afterwards. They are more than willing to do this.
