I cant say I disagree with some of Graham’s statements as of late, but its still annoying to hear him spout of.
Following the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, the U.S. and USSR reached an agreement: the Soviets removed nuclear missiles from Cuba, and in exchange, President John F Kennedy pledged publicly and privately the U.S would not seek to evwr invade or topple the Cuban government if Cuba never again allowed nuclear missiles in Cuba.
The deal also secretly included the removal of U.S. missiles from Turkey, which preceded the Soviet placement of missles in Cuba by a year.
