My thoughts exactly.

Sick demonic filth.
“...up to life” sentence. What does that really mean?
My exact thought too. Tall tree and a short piece of rope.
Pronto.
The Mexican kid is trying hard to “be black”. I recently did a surprise stint in an Alabama county jail. My two days spent there was an education in cultural studies. There were three racial groups present: Whites, Hispanics, and Blacks. Of the approximately 60 people there, about 8 were white, about 3 were hispanic and the rest were black. The whites and hispanics pretty much just laid back and quietly did their time and slept in their bunks. The blacks were totally different. You’d think they were at a party. Constantly making noise. Yelling. Fighting. Calling each other nigger this nigger that. Walking around with one hand down the front of their pants holding their privates. It was odd but obvious that urban American blacks are a mostly lost culture. Cultural Studies students should get extra credit for getting themselves jailed for a weekend and do a report on their observations. I’m serious.
I remember watching the video the evil bastards recorded while they conducted their horrible, murderous crime. Hopefully, there will be some prison justice meted out to these two. They won’t be seeing each other once they are shipped off to different prisons. No way would the State allow them to be in the same prison together. They’ll both have to make new friends in their new homes. Hope they have a short life span behind bars.
I know a young man who works at a prison, and he’s told me that the hispanic gangs, including MS13, are actually well behaved and respectful. The “Bloods”, on the other hand, are erratic and dangerous at all times.
A sentence of “X years to life” in prison means the individual must serve a minimum number of years (X) before becoming eligible for parole, but the maximum sentence is life imprisonment, with the possibility of release depending on parole board decisions.
This is known as an indeterminate sentence, where the minimum term is fixed, but the maximum is not, allowing for the possibility of release after the minimum term if the parole board grants it.
~~~AI-generated answer. Please verify critical facts.
“What does that really mean?”
“Up to life” means about ten years. Minus two years for time served = 8 years. Minus credits means 4 years and then parole.
And then every dem governor will release them on the streets with a pardon.
“Hopefully, there will be some prison justice meted out to these two.”
Seems more likely they’ll gain stature among their peers because of their crime.
“with the possibility of release depending on parole board decisions.”
In Colorado you can plaster a State Trooper on the hood of your truck while drink-driving, evade police after you’ve killed someone, fight cops. With pieces of the Trooper’s body stuck in your grill.
Get convicted to eight and a half years. Drunk murder. Whoopsie. The eight went to four. Suddenly during COVID released at three.
Exactly.
Well, they won’t be giggling when they stand before God, which is where they should be.
up to life probably means a humanitarian parole board and a liberal radical judge will let them out on good behavior in the future
fresh meat
These are demon spawn.
Send them back.
They killed a cop. They’ll be heroes in prison
Jesus Ayala 20, and Jzamir Keys, 18—illegal border jumpers?
