This is one of the most depraved things we've ever seen. But given the state of the American Left and its antisemitic, anti-Israel stance, it's not surprising.
There's an off-Broadway show called Slam Frank, and it wants audiences to keep their mouths shut about the last 20 minutes of the show.
Why?
Well, here's why:
The New York based off-broadway show, titled Slam Frank – with the largely non-Jewish cast singing and dancing while wearing yellow Stars of David, is marketed as a musical satire, which was developed after a widely mocked social media post which asked whether Anne Frank, who was murdered by the Nazis, ever “considered her white privilege”.

A comedy musical based loosely on the life of Anne Frank attempts to swear the audience – and media – to secrecy about the last 20 minutes of the show – in which characters chant about ‘Palestine’, don fake noses and dip their hands in a blood-like substance, with “Anne” throwing a page of her diary out of the window to alert the Nazis to her family’s presence in order to prevent the creation of Israel.

Horrible, just horrible! Evil! I remember reading her diary in my youth and seeing the movie on TV.

I think the article misses the point of the play.
It’s intentionally over-the-top wokeness to mock wokeness by sheer absurdity.
In short, “Springtime for Hitler.”
The same people outraged are the same people who get upset by the Babylon Bee.
One more: I think the issue is wokesters are so absurd it’s hard to tell this is parody because the wokesters would actually do all this unironically.
That is some kind of vile and hateful stuff. Those people are disgusting.

If that’s true, it’s way over the line. Mel Brooks mocked Hitler. This play mocks a poor, innocent murdered girl.
Indefensible.
The Frank family was discovered in 1944. The idea of the State of Isreal wasn’t conceived. It was founded in 1948. This is just plain old blood libel of making Mitzel balls with the blood of killed Arab babies.

It’s a play-within-a-play.
Literally it’s a play about idiot wokesters who put on an antisemitic play in the name of wokesterism.
This article confused the play within the play (which is intentionally horrific) with the play.
I think people are confused because the Left is so stupid they are almost incapable of being parodied.
Half these posters (and the author of the article) must get the vapors every time they read the Babylon’s Bee.

Within a matter of hours, Jewish News was approached by a public relations firm, stating that “we have a very strict embargo policy for all journalists” and that: “We do have some important messaging around the embargo on the last 20 minutes of the show, while we encourage and welcome conversation, we ask that no details be revealed about the final 20 minutes of the show.”
Bolded the last part.
Sounds about as "humorous" as Kathy Griffin holding up a severed head of Donald Trump.
And if a PR firm is trying to hide the last 20 minutes, in my mind it is an admission that those involved with the musical know its foul, even if it is claimed to be 'parody'.

Is it time for a production of “Springtime for Hitler”?
Well, for multitudes who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination and for people to elect a district attorney who wants to kill children, this is to be expected.
This is not surprising at all. A large part of the theater industry really only has Leftist outrage bait as its means of making money. They aren’t clever enough to come up with anything else. Its been this way for decades. They find an acceptable target - in the old days, it was a prominent conservative politician like Reagan, Thatcher, Bush or Trump - and then develop a “play” about killing them. They hope that the Right and other decent people express outrage over it. Then they use that for marketing. Now Jews are an acceptable target so it was almost inevitable that the Leftist theater industry would go after Jewish sacred cows like Holocaust victims. Frank being one of the most prominent. They convince themselves that its just “theater of the absurd.” We’ll get to the point where there will be a comedy about child molestation or killing babies.
