It was nice of of the boomers and gen X'rs to let them keep the minimum wages jobs saying "Fries with that?", but calling so many of our kids celler dwellers because the high paying jobs we used to take for granted have been offshored so we could save a few pennies on communist, slave labor made paint brushes is kind of unfair.

And they are likely very rich from United States, and United Nations foreign aid. Much of the money sent to these foreign countries is funneled into the hands of the upper elite in these third world countries... They then use those funds to move to western countries and live middleclass and millionaire lifestyles by typically open a ‘barber shop’ or a ‘phone store’ to explain their obvious wealth... When they are in fact hiding it.
They then buy up homes and business a plenty and thereby drive up home prices. A possible solution... New immigrants should be restricted to owning one residence for their first decade in the west... Not multiple residents.

Reducing Demand by deporting illegal aliens should reduce house prices and rents.

Seems like a lot of problems would be solved at the state level though and I don’t if any state has really proposed anything to get prices down.
The only new homes that have been built in my neck of the woods are McMansions.
Developers haven’t been building affordable homes.
There a lot of reasons for that, but illegals aren’t one of them.
