Someone who believes their own anatomy is “wrong”, is “not them”, “not who they are”, no matter what part of of the anatomy, has a mental illness, not a physical illness, not a physical error that can be “fixed” by physical mutilation and hormones. A mental illness requires mental health care, not surgeries and hormones. Altering the body artificially does not cure the real problem, the mental illness.

From what I’ve heard about prisoners, they take an extremely dim view of people who abuse children. Bubba’s blazing new trails might be the least of his concerns.
