The Biden administration’s border policies are still haunting us.
An Indian illegal immigrant faces three counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and reckless driving for allegedly causing a collision last month on the westbound 10 Freeway in San Bernardino County, California, according to the New York Post.
Jashanpreet Singh, 21, is accused of crashing a semi-truck into traffic where three people were killed and four were injured.
Singh faced 17 years in prison, but that was downgraded to 10 after it was discovered he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol — something authorities originally claimed.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement wants notice before he is released, as Singh is believed to have crossed the southern border illegally in 2022 during President Joe Biden’s term.
To make matters worse, President Donald Trump’s Department of Transportation is pointing the finger at California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom for this tragedy.
On Sept. 26, the Transportation Department updated the process for obtaining a CDL.
But a report from the department claims that California illegally upgraded Singh’s license on Oct. 15, which was not in compliance with the new regulations.
Singh went from a restricted CDL which would only allow him to drive in California to a commercial one which would allow him to travel out of the state when he turned 21 in October. So, despite the pause on commercial licenses, he was upgraded anyway.
The DOT stated if California followed the new law, Singh would have had his license revoked altogether.
Illegal immigrants should not hold CDLs, nor should they hold a license at all.
They should not be here.
Per KABC-TV, among the dead were a high school basketball coach and his wife.

He’s just running over the people Americans are too LAZY to run over.
California just passed Prop 50. Do you think the people will Wie up to this? Think again.
Trump is willing to stand up and be the bad guy. Haw many of us are willing to even speak out?
Victims are short changed. They don’t get justice. Just 6 feet under.
They thought he had to be on drugs to do that, since he wasn’t drunk, but the toxicology reports came back negative.
Maybe he was asleep or playing video games or something.
Should be prosecuted as 2nd degree murder, as they do in California for racing on residential streets, going the wrong way on an Interstate drunk, etc.
The families should sue the trucking company and especially the individual bureaucrats who handed him the license. Suing the State of California is a non starter, but hold the bureaucrats individually responsible.
After they get out of prison, Newscum deports them to other states.
The Jughead in Black robes should be required to serve the other seven years. Bass turd. I guess the “California Laws” only get wound up over Mexicans. Three Haitians are no big deal. They deserved to be killed by a foreign bass turd.
In 24 years, maybe he’ll be elected mayor.
Don’t laugh!
The 3 Haitians were killed by the Sikh semi driver in Florida who blocked the whole side of an interstate trying to make a uturn. Another Sihk semi driver in California 2 months later killed 3 Americans, 2 of them black, plowing into several slower moving vehicles and not slowing down. The driver in Florida will probably get more than 10 years.
He will be out in a couple weeks and sent home to India.
out and behind the wheel in 3 months
The headline is a bit deceiving. The initial estimate of 17 years was based on his being DUI, which, according to the toxicology report, he wasn’t. Now why the penalty for recklessly and negligently causing the deaths of 3 is only 10 years is a legitimate question. And, of course, bigger questions are why he was in the country in the first place and why was he given a CDL.
