The state’s education commissioner says Massapequa schools cannot enforce a new policy banning transgender students from using bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender identities.
The ruling comes after the NYCLU appealed earlier this month.
The Massapequa School Board adopted the resolution in September.
State law says transgender students have the right to use facilities that correspond with their gender identity.

Bunch of idiots. The answer is to redo all the bathrooms to individual bathrooms usable by anyone. Then the voyeurs will only have themselves to play with.
The boys of the school should follow the tranny into the bathroom every time, in large groups. What’s the school gonna do, ban boys in the girls room?

I saw a video once by a "transgender" British professor criticizing the transgender movement. His point was that gender and biological sex are two different things (I think they've just twisted the meaning of gender, but hear out the point...), and that the transgender movement has improperly dismissed the importance and relevance of biological sex.
He said "I am a biological man, though I am more comfortable living in the role of a woman. But what I am comfortable with does not change the fact that I am biologically male."
Anyway, I thought it was an interesting perspective, and a good way to come at the transgender radicals. Get them to agree that "gender" and "biological sex" are two different thing (at least under their theories, they'd have to agree), and then go down the "acceptance" they want in specific areas and point out that the divisions in those instances should be based on biology, not "gender".
Exactly. lol at the floor plan of a typical gang bathroom - it’s mostly wasted space. Individual toilet stalls are more space-efficient. Instead of 8 or 10 shower nozzles in one room, put each in a cubicle with walls and a door. It’s not like kids are demanding to be naked around other kids of the same sex.

The only thing that would stop this once the state steps in and says trans is okay, is such a huge amount of hoopla every time someone tries this. All the girls would need to line up and hoot and holler and raise such a fuss it is just too embarrassing to keep up the pretense.
Where are all of the women’s groups? It shows they were never in support of women, only the liberal agenda.
If the libs keep on this path they will eventually build a high school without separate bathrooms. Sodom and Gemorrah time.
Schools should just put in a T bathroom for these kooks only.

They already agree that gender and biological sex are different things. But, they believe gender trumps biological sex.
Ok, how about just banning boys in the girl’s locker room, and assert that “gender identity” is a crock. If I was a dad, I’d probably be in jail for beating the tar out of administrators who push this nonsense.

These groups and orgs are older women who tilt lesbian, who get a kick out of the young nubile women and teens who get tormented by trans-trannys in their bathrooms and at their sports competitions. Chalk this one up to jealousy.
Shunning is a very effective treatment. I do not care that someone’s mental status is in question.
The majority is being ruled by the minority. Time for this to change.
