Now they’ll all be sued by the civil liberties commies for discriminating on the basis of national origin.

Tomorrow is going to be a bad day for the H1B pimps. Responses to the Senate Judiciary Committee inquiries are due by end of day.
To: marcusmaximus
All those companies laying off American tech workers and looking for H1-B Indians should be referred for prosecution.

There might be some truth to this.
I should know in a week or so.

Keep ‘em coming. Ignore the loser. See, he's got one of Pavlov's dummies drooling already when the dummy sees an H1-B article.
Too stupid to realize that it's a New Troll, and that The Urkaine Troll has gone away because it only gets so many freepers to say dumb stuff on FR.
This New Troll is much, MUCH more productive. Who wants to contribute to Stormfront?

It’s $100,000, not $1M.
Where did you dig this up?
Deccan Chronicle. I know the Deccan plain. anyway, how ridiculous.

Indian publication. Indians can’t even get their commas right.
To: marcusmaximus
Nice commas that article has on "1,00,000."

Misinformation. There are millions of green card visa holders in USA. They are legal permanent residents, can get citizenship after 3 to 5 years on green card. Those folks are NOT USA citizens and no NOT require H1-B visa to work. The $100,000 fee does not apply to them.

Interesting. I tend to agree with the sentiment that it’s about 20 years late, but better late than never.
