A Democratic Senator’s attempt to expose US Attorney General Pam Bondi as a ‘corrupt’ figure blew up in his face when she hit him with a devastating reminder.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Bondi testified this morning before the Senate Judiciary Committee. This hearing comes after a federal grand jury indicted former FBI Director James Comey for lying to Congress and the deployment of National Guard troops across crime-ridden Democrat cities.
After thoroughly destroying Senator Dick Durbin when asked a nosy question about conversations she had with the White House regarding National Guard deployments, Bondi later endured an interrogation from Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT).
Blumenthal took the opportunity to accuse Bondi of dirty dealing in the Justice Department. He cited a DOJ antitrust case that was dropped in July 2025, which involved a lobbying firm where Pam Bondi previously worked.
As TGP readers may know, Blumenthal is the same senator who committed stolen valor by lying about being a Vietnam veteran. Blumenthal later claimed he “mispoke” after getting caught.
After he accused Bondi of being corrupt, Bondi brought the receipts and humiliated him in front of the whole country.
What a joy it was to see.

BLUMENTHAL: I do have a question about the merger that took place involving American Express GBT (Global Business Travel). I understand that Brian Ballard, a longtime backer and head of the law firm where you worked, was instrumental in lobbying the Justice Department to drop that lawsuit.
It was dismissed, so it is not subject to a court review. What conversations did you have with Mr. Ballard?
BONDI: Senator Blumenthal, I cannot believe that you would accuse me of impropriety when you LIED about your military service!
You admitted you lied to be elected a US senator! How dare you!
I am a career prosecutor; don’t you ever challenge my integrity. I have abided by every ethics standard.
Do not question my ability to be fair and impartial as attorney general!

“Bitchslapping” is the term used to describe what happened. What she said was the truth and “Bitchslapping” is used to misrepresent Bondi’s answer and the truth which reflects on Blumenthal’s conduct past and present. For me it was a brilliant response and labeling it “Bitchslapping” is like putting a pig’s tail on a donkey.

I question the use of the term “bitchslapping” used to give a bad impression of the truth of the matter as a method to avoid answering the facts. I call it deflection. Another thing, it is motivated by a desire to provoke misogyny pure and simple. That’s what the Leftnicks do, who have misogyny, to conservative women.
What Pam Bondi said to Blumenthal was right out of Alinsky’s Rules: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”

The Dems have been throwing out false claims, interruptions to the answers to their questions, and personal attacks. I’ve been watching these hearings and their conduct has been seditious. Their motive is a deranged hatred of President Trump.
Bondi reminded me of my Catholic school sister when a classmate made a disrespectful comment. It sometimes resulted in a broken wood pointer; but the loud language could be heard throughout the school with a chalk mark next to their name on the blackboard.
Blumenthal is a grade school bully that needed a harsh response with an Alinsky rule as a smack-down.
