Including Biden, even if he's 'no longer with us'.

Whatever was done, was done under his administration, and 'the administration head' at the time needs to be held accountable.

Democrats are suing Trump for every action he takes, in order to overwhelm DOJ attorneys. This leaves few AG available to pursue such prosecutions. Time for several Special Prosecutors.

The Trump Admin should spend 2026 putting Democrats on trial and laying out all the details of their many crimes. Make the public understand who the Democrats really are. If, on the other hand, they spend 2026 carefully assembling material for a future investigation, then it’s just Sessions, Barr and Durham all over again: no serious effort to punish corrupt Democrats.
