Japan just took a huge step towards marriage equality

The government of Japan this week extended the application of nine laws related to spousal rights and responsibilities to same-sex couples, a significant, if limited, victory in the country’s slow march towards marriage equality.

The Japanese constitution currently defines marriage as “mutual consent between both sexes.” It does not recognize same-sex unions.

Three of eight of Japan’s regional high courts in the last few years have ruled that the government’s failure to grant legal recognition to same-sex couples is unconstitutional.

Their population is crashing. But at least they will have same-sex marriages. [/s]

It is not “marraige equality”. It is the destruction of marraige by completely changing the definition of the word.

It seems a bit late to the cultural suicide party. I guess with the ongoing reproductive autogenocide, it doesn’t make amuch difference.

You mean those human-dog, and human-sex robot marriage stories I’ve read on the internet as happening in Japan aren’t true?

Here is my rebuttal to “marriage equality.”

Do the marriage license applications need to be altered, at all?

If they do, then you are altering marriage into something it has never been.

Typical leftist tactic, to come up with an innocuous-sounding label for something evil.

Another example is "pro-choice" for supporting killing babies.

I'm curious why you chose to post this story from LGBTQ Nation?

It looks like some sort of affiliate of MSN. And we know MSN is a Fake News organization.  I drilled down several layers to get to their "About" page and this is what I found:

And I checked a few of their editor backgrounds and I don't see signs of any expertise in Japan.

So who at this LGBTQ Nation organization is the authority on what's happening in Japan?  Are they familiar with the culture?  Is there a correspondent who lives in Japan, or is their opinion merely wishful thinking?

Looks to me like MSN and Bill Gates have a vested interest in promoting Leftist agendas and so they like throwing stories like this "over the wall" because nobody pushes back -- and they get to post news on a forum that is read by 40,000 patriots.

We know that Fake News are in the business of magnifying Leftist views, not in the reporting of facts or legitimate research.

In this case they take cover knowing most Americans know very little about Japanese society, and so there's a lot of erroneous hearsay being published by the New York Times, MSN, CNN and other Leftist media that is based mostly on opinions, not on-the-ground facts.
