2 facts about Charlie Kirk’s killer are VERY rare in the modern history of assassinations…
1) Firing ONLY one shot & it being perfect
2) Eluding capture until at least nightfall that day
I would be willing to bet that this was not this killer’s 1st rodeo, & he may be a “pro.”
And WHO LET HIM HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROOF??????
Or simply just gave it to him.
There are more people involved in this than just the shooter.
When the bullet or a fragment does that it’s called “spaulding.” Very fast rounds like 5.56 are the worst.

I posted on another thread that I didn’t see anything convincing that the shooter was a peo. That was when it was reported that he was in custody. I might reconsider my original position on that.
I agree it wasn't a pro. But like I commented in another thread, at that distance and angle, it doesn't make much of a difference. If the shooter knew the horizontal range, no difference at all.
Meanwhile the GOP and Conservatives will continue to whistle past the graveyard thinking no boogiemen will get us I fear.

A student with a hunting back ground. I’m still guessing trantifa or a militant homosexual. They have been calling to train with firearms and perpetrate violence against their political enemies. Saying it is a “pro” is too easy. A student, who knew the rooftops and access points, had the keys, knew where the stage was, probably someone who worked maintenance. Or... going even conspiratorial even more, a staff member of the college. College professors have been calling for violent revolution and insurrection for years.
have attended few rallies with highlighted security and the security people always filled the rooftops.

This didn't happen on a quiet street corner without witnesses (like Seth Rich). This was intended to frighten anyone who wants to be a conservative public activist.

Oh no doubt. Many are saying this was a professional hit and they are absolutely correct. I have no doubt it was a demoncratic operative and that he will never be found, alive at least.
This was not some crazed whack job trying to take out no one in particular, like the recent church shooter in Minneapolis. This was a targeted assassination done by someone with skill. It is also interesting that the usual calls for more gun control by the left are so far absent. Kirk was targeted because of his success in changing the minds of college kids away from their usual Marxist indoctrination. I believe that someone paid this shooter because of the threat Kirk was posing to their interests. This was the same MO used against Trump last summer. However, unlike the Butler shooting, the current FBI will not be giving cover to who ever planned this.
