U.S. stock futures were lower Tuesday, adding to a slide in the major averages to start the week, after President Donald Trump removed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook from the board of the central bank.

Trump’s unprecedented move adds to the pressure the president has been putting on the central bank’s independence. By law, a president may only remove Fed governor “for cause.” As a result, it is possible the matter will be challenged in the courts.

With this clown refusing to resign, or accept the firing, consider the skirmishes between Trump and Powell over the last few months.

Ball is now in Powell’s court: Will he proceed with FED activities with or without this fired governor. If he prevents her from attending the next FED meeting/activity, all is good... she is gone. If he ignores Trump, duly elected POTUS, allows the governor to continue, then Powell is complicit, furthering grounds for Powell’s removal.

A week or so ago the market went down 121 points and people were saying that it was tanking and I think it was the very next day it went up 900 points nobody said anything.

BULLSHIT!

The board is loaded with political appointments.

Every expert that agrees with the premise that the FED is private out of one side of their mouth, then blasts Trump for his move on INTEL out of the other side are blind as a bat hypocrites.

As of 12:24pm, investors have shown their approval of Pres. Trump’s actions against Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, with the Dow up 2 points.

It’s easy to write BS headlines!
