Yea, intent. The judge’s goal here is to limit and delay, and prevent.
So, demands for more details and statements which will take time, then more clarifications, and finally a ruling of “no.”
Then the appeal. And the next appeal. Meanwhile months tick by and the left keeps trying to force a wedge in MAGA.
Not exactly a GFY but the DOJ has a lot of issues requiring higher priority than this stuff. IMO

That’s easy. The victims just have to say they don’t like the evidence against them. I wasn’t aware that it was evidence until it was presented in court. Until that time, it is heresay.
Heresay evidence is information received from other people that one cannot adequately substantiate. The “victim” is not a victim until court presents it. That is what a prosecutor does and disproving the evidence is what a defense attorney does. And all under oath. But that happens in court, not in someone’s office.
Thus the plaintiff is not a victim until he/she is in court. When the plaintiffs start being allowed to waive the display of evidence, no one will be guilty. Might as well close the prison doors. After all, everyone in prison is not guilty. In this case, by reason of stupidity.

The easiest answer would have been “GJ transcripts are sealed for a reason, so no”.
