An endorsement event for NYC Dm mayor wannabe Zohran Mamdani came to an abrupt end when he was pulled offstage by a campaign aide.

Apparently journo questions about Cuomo deciding to stay in the race and Mamdani’s upcoming meeting w/ Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, were off-limits

A staffer cut him off saying: “I think we’re done here. We’re going to go. Come on. We’re wrapping up, folks. Sorry folks. We’re wrapping up.”

But Mamdani attempted to hear the reporters’ questions over the chorus of campaign aides’ voices. Then the band on site for the event began playing “When the Saints Go Marching In.”
