...and Medal of Honor Recipient.
It was for his actions in World War II,
Given to him by President Truman.
God rest the eternal soul of this brave hero!

We are starting to have some sunshine...maybe I can get 15 minutes or so on the deck.

No maybes! LOL Make the time. Been quite a while since you’ve had some sunshine.

Not raining now but it’s rained several times since I woke up. It woke me up, pounding on the roof, a few minutes before the alarm went off.

Unless it falls apart, the mess that went through TX today is on its way here for tomorrow.

It was a good day. Fairly cool-ish and a nice breeze. I even got a 2-hour nap this afternoon. Yay for me. LOL!

How were things out your way? Still raining there, or has it finally decided, maybe even early, to move on?

Gonna go get my packing done now. I AM pumped. For the visit...not the long drive. But I’m up for it. BRB

It looks like we’re through with rain for the night. It’s rained several times since I woke up though. I’m checking the radar periodically to keep an eye on what went through TX today since that’s on its way here for tomorrow. *sigh*
