Judge Napolitano o News Max this morning said the Statute of Limitations on perjury charges has expired and nothing legally can be imposed on them. If that is indeed the case, then what’s the point of pursuing these criminals unless they’re going to be charged with treason or something that has no time window rule?
This report brings new evidence to light and the statute of limitations restarts.
Next stop is a Grand Jury.

And I believe there should be evidence enough to do it. Epstein was not the only one who engaged in extortion. According to Dennis Montgomery, who gave the FBI 8 terabytes of documentation which was then hidden by James Comey, John Brennan and James Clapper commissioned him to write software (labeled “HAMR” in Wikileaks’ Vault 7) for the supercomputer “The Hammer” which would 1) spy on judges, justices, media personalities, Donald Trump, etc to get extortion material; 2) download the Hawaii DOH database and undetectably upload a falsified version several times (I also have other evidence that this happened); and 3) download and upload a falsified version of the FL voter registration database before the 2012 election.
I’m hoping that his terabytes of information are now in the hands of the FBI, which has started an investigation into Brennan and James Comey which is said to be about the Russia collusion hoax but which I hope - with the help of Musk, Big Balls, or whoever can help decrypt what Montgomery gave - will also go deep into the extortion efforts by these crooks hiding behind “national security” to do their coup.
Because that’s what it was. The belligerents put into the White House for 8 years somebody whose records had to be fabricated because he was not a US citizen (HDOH has indirectly confirmed 3 times in legal documents that there is no legally-valid Hawaii BC for Barack Obama) and even now is only a US citizen if he actually naturalized. And they - in conjunction with Epstein and other extortion efforts (I’ve posted a lot about this today if you want to read my comments from earlier today) - have taken control of every part of government through extortion of the guilty and threats and murder of innocents who stood against them.
The significance of all this is that if it can be documented who the belligerents are and how they took over the US government, Pete Hegseth can report that the US government has been taken over by belligerents and can capture those belligerents, throw them in Gitmo, and have a military tribunal sort through the evidence. It wouldn’t be in DC or NYC, and it wouldn’t be with people who can be reached by Deep State thugs. Those hearing the cases could be kept secure from any threats by the Deep State. And I expect their families could receive security as well. Some of the wait right now could be to get the documentation all together for prosecution, and some could be to have trustworthy assets to do the protection necessary - which requires smoking out the treasonous bastards within the agencies.

I heard if the conspiracy is ongoing, the statute of limitations does not apply.
The great thing about a conspiracy charge is that it is a continuous offense and can be tried where the scheme is agreed to or where any overt act in its furtherance is committed. That gives a chance to bring charges and try the case outside of the hostile Democrat fever swamp of DC.
This is what I’ve been hoping and praying for, for a long time now.
It really is about a coup to overthrow the legitimate US government. These characters are all up past their eyeballs in treason, and I’ve been hoping and praying so hard that Trump and his team would go after and neutralize the whole dang coup.

Greg Jarett on Fox says that the statute of limitations is tolled (paused), if evidence can be shown that there was a deliberate attempt to hide the evidence. In Brennan’s case, this would be the recently released statements and letters from his subordinates about the false narrative in the Steele dossier warning him it was false.
