I was watching July 4 fireworks on a beach In Cape Cod in the 90’s when suddenly the barge exploded.
Was pretty exciting to watch. Luckily the workers jumped off and nobody got hurt.

CNN reports that the explosion resulted in minimal damage. Fireworks factory will be back up and running in hours.
