Just a quickie before the Internet disappears again. Been horrible to try to do anything. Just the dreaded spinning wheel before the message “ you are not connected to Internet” and i glance to upper right of the phone and see “no service”

Interesting your wife likes them, coming from a different culture. Is there anything like that in Japan’s history? I imagine everybody back then lived similar lives.

The 60’s was kind of slim in Japan. Just watched some funny game shows and detective shows. Of course Samuri shows. Some pretty funny cartoons too, kind of like Flint Stones

One of my fears before the surgery was that I would fall. I'm not even supposed to bend. Or squat. So many limitations or the surgery would fail! Only two more weeks and the restrictions will be lifted! I feel like God has actually helped me by making the first five weeks difficult. I stayed in bed and rested and no way did I exceed any limitations. It would be so easy if I felt good to just bend over to pick something up without thinking about it.
