My Pleasure!
(((HUGS)))
Back atcha!
Well that was in the days of Admiral Zumwalt who let us grow beards and slacked up on the haircuts. So I grew me a big thick gnarly beard which my wife didn’t like so she tried to shave it off with a kitchen knife, those were the days. Being a little loopy didn’t help either.
...
With a butcher knife! Is that your feisty Japanese wife?
I think I would show her a lot of respect after that lol
No not a butcher knife, a long slicing knife, it didn’t work, but I got the picture when my coordination and ability to get up came back
.
Hubby sent me this Freepmail.
The Doctor said his left eye will open soon..
LOL
” had an unusual dream last night. I dreamed that I woke up and Death was sitting on the end of the bed. You know, the black robes, skeletal hand, and a scythe.
I asked, “Are you here for me?” He replied, “No, I’m here for the house plants. Again.”
Okay gang!
Let’s go to New York!

Good evening, GANG!
Brrrr!!!!
Chilly up here tonight.
Here’s tonights weather report:
Tonight
45°F
Cloudy. Rain mainly in the evening. Lows in the lower 40s. South winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Chance of rain 90 percent.
PHOOEEY!
Rain AND 25mph wind gusts.
Yark!
So much history in the east! That’s one reason we moved here, although haven’t traveled enough to see any of it yet!!
Been really busy…in a good way for a change
Yesterday rare dinner out with son and then driving a few hours in mountains
At party tonight . Celebrated birthdays of 40 n 33 year old family members
A LOT of food, mimosas snd bloody Marys beer n water. We are still here and I am using their Wi-Fi.
Been catching on projects. We have our first hard frost scheduled for Monday night so I’ve got a lot of prep work to do before then
I need to cut back and freeze or dry my herbs
problem with the drying is that they’ll be in trays around the kitchen and I have no idea if the mice who live here will find it appealing
problem in the freezer as there’s no space so I have a couple days to make a little room in the freezer
Keeping up with news..
Hey there Ms.B.!
We’ve got the same dreary, cold, wet, dark, windy weather here. Today was so miserable looking - I had the fireplace on all day, made a nice beef stew and worked on another sweater.
I hope spring comes soon. Lol I think it’s going to be a long winter!
You reminded me that I still have to get the deck furniture on the large deck put away, as we’re expecting a bit of snow tomorrow. Grrrrrr.
Dolly! Did you set mouse traps? Or put down lots of poison? Those things will breed like crazy over the winter if you don’t get rid of them early. Take it from my horrible experience at the cottage. So gross.
Hi CB....
The thought of traveling never appealed to me. I don’t know why. I always thought if I could just be beamed up and then placed in the spot I’d like to see, that would be perfect. But the planes, the crowds, the airports, the “diversity”....thanks but no thanks. Everyone up here says if you visit an airport in Canada, you’d never know you were in a western country.
