Somebody was not making their scheduled prison check rounds during that shift. Maybe they never do complete their rounds, and the would be clinic bomber figured it out.
Will someone lose their job over this? Probably not.
I don’t expect either wannabe bomber to have a large and active lobby group to draw more attention to this negligence.
