I think this is a way of getting around rogue, foreign born judges without getting into a legal mess and wasting time on court cases instead of deporting them.

Yep!! They’re already criminals. Deport them for that. Don’t give them the opportunity to drive drunk and kill someone. It’s called crime prevention.

How about a bill to deport illegal aliens who get caught driving.

Too bad States and cities refuse to enforce the laws already on the books, that it takes a Federal law to bypass their failure to do their jobs.

How about deporting them because they are illegal?

I think the stage is being set to try to prevent Trump from deporting the million here illegally, since they obstensibly are not breaking the law and are just wanting a job.

And food stamps.
And free medical care.
And free education.
And free college tuition.
And their holidays they observed back home.
And their flags.
And their religions.

Listen to any Republican politicians talk, and they always take pains to explain that we are only getting the criminals out.

Trump’s deportation numbers are much lower than I thought. Only 1800 are in process for deportation in LA. I would have thought we’d be seeing a hundred thousand by now with all the extra support they have there.

I think you'll have to shout, George:

YOU DON'T NEED A BILL TO DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS!
THEY'RE HERE ILLEGALLY!
DEPORT THEM!
YESTERDAY.

Well, why not simply deport them for being illegal aliens?
The House needs to be passing a bill to outlaw national injunctions from DISTRICT judges.

How about deporting illegal aliens even if they don’t get caught drunk driving?

We are all at risk from illegals in cars.

Many didn’t learn to drive by our laws (remember: Arabs, Africans, Asians —not just Latin Americans are among the illegals).

They have improperly issued licenses so as to let them illegally vote Dem and work for employers who skirt the laws. And our auto insurance rates go up when many uninsured illegals are in accidents.

RE: How about deporting them because they are illegal?

You mean even if they are dads in Maryland? With a wife who no longer requires protection orders against him?

And not given advance leaked notice to run away?

And not shown the juror door exit in the back of the court building to run away?

You drive a hard bargain. Enforce the law? In the US in 2025?

We don’t need Cinco de Mayo fans who get drunk to celebrate Cinco de Mayo every day.

This bill will probably end up languishing in the same No Man’s Land as the No Rogue Rulings Act that passed on April 9th, went to the Senate, and was never heard from again. HR 1526.

No ethical judge will approve a deportation without a hearing and opportunity to respond to the charges.

There’s no shortcut around procedural due process.

How about also deporting illegal aliens who don’t get caught drinking?
