Roberts and Conehead will join the Commies to defend the cancer of “birthright citizenship.”

Who’s quitting?

I hope it's Jumanji and the Wide Latina.

Come on. They’re political. They’ll wait. Unfortunately it may be a long one-lol.

It would be nice if President Trump were able to replace a couple of the commies.

It looks like that case will dodge the issue of birthright citizenship

“Trump v. CASA (argued May 15): Although these three, consolidated cases began as a challenge to President Donald Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship – the guarantee of citizenship to virtually everyone born in the United States – they came to the justices as an emergency appeal in which the Trump administration asked the justices to weigh in on a different question: Do federal district courts have the power to issue “nationwide” or “universal” injunctions, which prohibit the federal government from implementing the birthright citizenship order anywhere in the country?”

Sotomayor would be a surprise, but not totally shocking. I just hope Thomas stays.

I just can’t see this Court overturning birthright citizenship.

No chance they get rid of birth right citizenship. Both political parties support the great replacement theory
