A Church member and church staff members stopped the attack. I wonder if the FBI will lable them as "security guards".

I’m not sure, but I think if this had happened in MA, we would see three people facing serious charges.

Guy’s mother attended the church, and he had attended a few times in the past.
Maybe mom was tithing his inheritance.

It appears one or two were part of church security. These are volunteers, not paid security guards.
There is a difference.
They probably had state concealed carry licenses in Michigan.
We will get more detail as it becomes available. Because they are referred to as “church staff”, I believe they are volunteers.

A lot of people carry at our church, plus we have a security team...but I can’t disagree with your sentiment. At least under this admin, we are no longer considered terrorists 😀 I love that he got run over by a deacon first!

Police described the suspect as a 31-year-old white male with no known connection to the church. I would make a small wager that he has a connection to the Democrat Party.

I would say at least 40% percent of our congregation pack and we have armed security. Best stay away from our small church here in Greeneville, TN, if you have ill intentioned motives.
