“Mrs. Walton, the Board of Directors unanimously requests that you please ‘Put A Sock In It’ as far as any political statements go. Please keep it private, considering who you’re now married to. All in favor, say ‘Aye!’”
I’m not holding this against Walmart. They can’t control what this crazy hag does.
I give Walmart some credit.
It appears to be looking out for the other 98.1% of the stockholders not named Christy Walton.
How can you play poker with no kings? You can’t even play gin rummy. This is stupid.
The media thrives on political contributions of this kind.
I live in NW Arkansas, Wal Mart ground zero.
It’s a shame money can’t buy brains.
Almost a repeat of what helped kill K-Mart.
Hired Rosie O’Donald who then goes and insults the majority of K-Mart shoppers.
I avoid Wally World as much as possible already
So let me get this straight. The billionaire granddaughter of one of the wealthiest businessmen in American history is promoting the “No Kings, No Oligarchs” protests? These people have absolutely no self awareness. Tell her to donate the billions she inherited from her oligarch grand-dad to some charity if oligarchs offend her so much.
Used to love kmart- hated it when walmart took over amd drove them out.
Walmart also got rid of all duck dynast merch when phil spoke ojt agaisnt gay marriage-
No, you have it wrong. She married into the Walton family and is the widow of John Walton. She only owns 1% stock and is not on the board at Wal-Mart. They should sue her for letting people think Wsl-mart sponsored the ad.
Nobody speaks Englich at my area Walmart. Spanich only. For workers and customers.
It is shopping for paisanos.
I never go there.
the firm “appeared to distance itself from Walton and her activism,”What does that do?
The left ignores the laws and people of the United States and when duly elected President Trump enforces our laws they try to say he’s a king.
What baloney.
So do I. After this, I will be avoiding Walmart completely.
Pretty sure she is a Walton by marriage not birth, and the Walton she was married to is deceased. I think she is a WINO...Walton In Name Only, though she could also be just a regular wino.
Sorry. I don’t play the boycott game anymore
I’d run out of places to shop if I did. I rely on home delivery and Walmart has the best price for the few things I buy from there. All stuff that’s made or packaged here in the US, like my Folgers and nutritional drink
Weekend=Zombieland
I’m good.
