Unfortunately, Raskin was not arguing that people really need to learn to use their guns against terrorists more quickly and with deadly accuracy, which is the lesson that any normal human being would have to stop crazed Islamist terrorists from setting Jews on fire.
Instead, he really went on television to argue that the attack in Colorado, in which an enraged Islamist attacked Jewish protesters, is a prime example of why we need more gun restrictions and stricter background checks for gun purchasers.

Not being able to defend yourself or another makes you a participant in the harm.

The terrorist tried to buy a gun. He couldn’t because of gun laws. So yes, we must need more gun laws.
To: ChicagoConservative27
Except no guns were used in the Colorado attack, so how would “gun control” have changed it?

Why not all three?

Kind of like when David N. Dinkins (NY Mayor) called for more gun control when a tourist was stabbed with a knife on the NY subway

Yes. The answer to every question is very simple for anyone of the Leftist persuation.
More government power and control is always the answer, even if it does not make any sense.
To: ChicagoConservative27
According to Raskin, fluffy bunnies and pretty butterflies cavorting in the sunny meadow indicate that we need more gun control.

Yeah no gun was used but that commie idiot needed to change the narrative since the perp is one of their own

Colorado attack proves we need to separate good people from evil people.
Anyone privileged to be in the US who gives aid and comfort to Terrorists, to violent criminals should have the privilege to be in the US revoked by removing that undesirable from the US.
If the un-privileged wants to fight it in court, he can fight it while not in the US.
To be in the US is a privilege, not a right.
