President Donald Trump said Wednesday he would look at pardoning the men convicted in a scheme to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, and swiped at the legitimacy of the case, which was brought during his first term.
“I will take a look at it. It’s been brought to my attention,” Trump said while speaking to reporters in the Oval Office during the swearing-in of Jeanine Pirro, the new U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C.
He said that he had watched the trial and that “it looked to me like somewhat of a railroad job.”
"You know, they were drinking, and I think they said stupid things, but I’ll take a look at that," Trump added.
Over a dozen people were charged in connection with the plot to kidnap Whitmer, a Democrat, though only some of them were tried in federal court and thus eligible for a pardon from Trump. A federal judge sentenced the ringleader of the group, Barry Croft Jr., to over 19 years in prison and handed Adam Fox, another key player, 16 years.

The ringleaders and key players were Feds. They got some dim bulbs to follow them to create a made-up case.

In addition to pardons, the FBI members who constructed this mess around WHitler (who also quite possibly was involved) ought to be put behind prison bars after receiving the maximum sentences allowed by law. Praying that Patel/Bongino are working this angle under wraps.
I still like the visual of her being left in a row boat in the middle of Lake Michigan in the middle of the night. Maybe someday they’ll make a movie about it.
Pardons alone aren’t enough. I would like to know the FBIs involvement. Was it entrapment/election tampering and if so THE DETAILS will greatly help the public in knowing exactly who the FBI is and what we are up against. Also, we’d learn if crimes were committed and why there are no arrests to date.
Your FIB is being used for nefarious activities or WAS under Biden’s regime including this set-up job plus how many more that you don’t even hear about?
Pardons without details is a whitewash of possible criminal activity. We deserve to know.

The agents don't act independently; they are directed by their supervisors. The supervisors, in turn, are political creatures who are directed by political power. THAT level of detail is what President Trump must release. Americans deserve to know.
Pardoning and investigating are not mutually exclusive. These people should be pardoned right now, immediately. It was entrapment, plain and simple.
Investigate. Who weaponized the government against these victims?
(Hint: Comey and McCabe. Those two are 100% responsible. This was not a rogue section head. This setup was done with the full knowledge of those two, at a minimum.)
Pardons correctly suggest illegality. I want to know every detail. Toss in the J6 stuff too. I've read there is a strong connection at top.

If I am not mistaken, they are, and have been in Jail. Step one is to get them out STAT.
I think if any one of them had a choice, they would take the pardon. Not all of them would be as tough and hold out as long as General Flynn did (three years, IIRC) before he took a pardon, and the case was dropped.
But I understand the need some might have for a full exoneration, not a pardon.

Basically, what he needs to say that every instance in which BeijingBiden’s “owned” FBI was involved, there will be an investigation of the individuals involved.
Anyone at FBI that squawks, Kash fires them.
