U.S. Inks Massive $142 Billion Arms Deal with Saudi Arabia

The United States and Saudi Arabia reached a $142 billion arms deal, President Donald Trump shared on Tuesday.

Trump’s announcement came during his speech at the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, amid his state visit to the Middle East.

“In addition to purchases of $142 billion of American-made military equipment by our great Saudi partners, the largest ever, this week, there are multibillion dollar commercial deals with Amazon, Oracle, AMD…Uber, Qualcomm, Johnson & Johnson, and many, many more,” the president said.

The commander-in-chief touted the quality of American military products moments earlier.

“Nobody makes military equipment like us; the best military equipment, the best missiles, the best rockets, the best everything. Best submarines — by the way, most lethal weapon in the world.”

He estimated that with the trip to the Middle East, which includes stops in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar before he returns Friday, the administration would help secure $1 trillion in additional investment in the United States and U.S. companies.

Do we have access to their shopping cart? Could be telling what they are buying.

Please give us any example of Saudi Arabia “attacking our country” will you?
And when did it become a crime to make money from selling oil?
Your post is totally pathetic.

Could be “telling” in what way?
They can buy whatever America is ready to sell to them.
What’s the problem here?

used to be USA sold weapons to allies
(and we did not weaponize dictatorships that hate Christians, Jews, and the West in general).

now we still sell or give weapons to some allies BUT WE ALSO give money or weapons or both to Iran, the Saudi dictatorship-family, Hezballah, Hamas, PLO-Fatah, you name it!

As often attributed to various communists but probably best-attested to Lenin,

““The Capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them.”

“used to be USA sold weapons to allies”

What “allies” you babbling about?
The Germans and the French who have bled America dry from America spending hundreds of billions to defend hem since WW II ended?
And who were quick to go running to China when Trump tried to balance the trade imbalance with Europe?
Those “allies”?

"(and we did not weaponize dictatorships that hate Christians, Jews, and the West in general)".

Right now I'd say Western European countries are not very democratic, with Germany working hard to ban the most popular party in Germany AfD and Macron already trying to put his top opponent LePen in jail.
Romania already canceled an election when the conservative candidate won.
Where's the democracy at?

Hi!
Indeed, the French Marcon government is especially problematical - as is the effort to disenfranchise the party in Germany that speaks to the Islamicist invasion -
both reflect the Ruling Elites’ SELLOUT of most European countries

(those sorts of Quisling -style Ruling Elites selling out their countries are not confined to the European continent)

The September 11 hijackers were predominantly of Saudi Arabian origin. Specifically, 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, with the remaining 4 coming from the United Arab Emirates (2), Egypt (1), and Lebanon (1).

Plus Osama etc.

Saudia is the source of SunniWahhabbijihadism.

They spread this across the Sunni world in the aftermath of Gulf War I, when the money that they earlier had to pay Saddam, was used to radicalize Mohammedans from Indonesia to Bosnia

If they wanted to attack the US, they missed their golden opportunity when Slow Joe was in office

We have had armed forces on the ground supporting these arms sales since 1975. Google “OPM-SANG”

I was attached to a Saudi Motorized Infantry Bde during Desert Storm as part of this force.

I really despise the use of “inks” in a sentence. So lame.

Saudi Arabia is one of our greatest partners against Iran. Do you support Iran?

The Saudis are actually paying for the arms, unlike Ukraine, which was just gifted $200 Billion to pass around amongst the thieves.

Great idea! Just look what they did with just 4 of our jet airplanes. So efficient.

Individual terrorists in a terrorist outfit, attacking America is not equal to Saudi Arabia attacking America, especially as those same terrorist groups had murdered the King of Saudi Arabia a few years earlier.
Its like blaming President Trump for the BLM terrorist rampage carried out by Democrat BLM terrorists in 2020, most of which was aimed at President Trump.
That was anti the Trump US government not by the US government

Not to mention no US weapons sold to Saudi Arabia were used in the 9/11 attacks. Try again.
