I saw the video. Thats a pretty lame version of assault. Its about as lame as charging someone with drunk and disorderly conduct because they spit bubble gum on the sidewalk. I get the emotions that are behind all the drama here and I know that the dems would do the same thing so...screw it and charge her. But dont make it sound like she punched and kicked and violently assaulted someone with the intent to cause serious bodily harm. You just sound like a....liberal democrat if you do that crap.

Isn’t there some sort of provision prohibiting charging a member of Congress of a crime, as long as Congress is in session?
If so, that hopefully doesn’t apply to violent crimes such as assault, as happened here.
