Chuck Schumer announces that the SAVE Act, which requires proof of citizenship to register to vote nationwide, is DONE. Won't go to Trump's desk. DOA.
It needs 60 votes. Schumer turned around, looked at Republicans, and gloated as he said this.

In case you missed it, they have won elections on that platform. And are still winning elections on that platform. They [Democrats] are winning local elections. They are winning State elections. Last but not least, as attested to by the number of Democrats in Congress, they are winning Federal elections. They put Bill Clinton in the White House Twice. obama twice. And with the help of the Republican Party, they stole an election for Joe Biden once.
IF the fate of the Republic hinges on ANYTHING which must be passed by sixty United States senators, then the Republic will be forever lost.
Voter reform should NOT be trickle down.
Elections are under the supervision of local governments which is how the VOTE COUNT favored Biden in 2020.
A few states should install MODEL regulations based on Voter ID and eliminating nearly all mail in voting.
Then there could be a movement for other red and purple states to follow suit.
Be realistic, New York will NEVER have fair elections.
History will show an honest election may have never happened in that rotten state.
What I see is that Trump’s America First movement which includes election reform has little support among STATE and LOCAL officeholders even if the state is DEEP red.
Sadly what we are seeing is the Republican wing of the uniparty is just biding time doing as little as possible to enact the America First agenda as they are just waiting for Trump’s term to end and to get back to business as usual which is putting the Uniparty First not America.

Due to the absolute hatred for Trump by the leftists of all stripes in the U.S. and the vicious fighting to keep the corruption the way it has been, unfortunately, I believe you are correct. If they can get rid of Trump, they are going to turn on conservatives with a vicious revenge action that will shock people and most likely start a civil war.
I know the mindset of the lefists here to the core. There can be no compromise with them anymore and voting solves nothing. I have been telling people everywhere that we are headed for a bloody civil war and subsequent conquest by two major enemies who are close allies of each other.
