Garcia's due process was overdue. He got to stay in this country for too long. So, he was overdue to be processed for deportation. Due process was performed.

Garcia is a criminal from El Salvadore who is now where he belongs behind bars in El Salvadore. While he was in the US he was a member of a dangerous gang, beat his wife and performed many other illegal acts and crimes including human trafficking and who knows what else.

Our only responsibility toward this illegal invader was to treat him humanely while he was in our custody. President Trump or anyone working for him has no obligation or desire to get this idiot back.
