I was expecting him to have a small arsenal of alligators.

I'm sorta curious: he was from Florida, captured in New Jersey, on his way to Virgnia?
Was he lost?

Out of his kennel......are the police certain he does not identify as a canid?

( I would rather look at the dog. The man is a deliberate unkempt slob. )

Arsenal?
Only pathetic clowns in the propaganda media, such as Fox News would call that an arsenal.
That was one carry-on piece of luggage. As per the article, "...allegedly left a suitcase...".
Carry-on luggage - bad. Pockets full of fentanyl, meth, and crack - good.

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin needs to be denied armed protection paid for by taxpayers. “This defendant allegedly hauled a small arsenal of deadly weapons and ammunition through busy transit stations, and on a train filled with passengers.”
Small arsenal? In one piece of luggage? Deadly weapons? Does he mean like a box cutter or lighter fluid?

What are the laws against transportation of weapons, and are they compliant with the Second Amendment? (Were there similar laws in 1791?)

He allegedly left a suitcase containing assorted weapons and ammunition – including an assault rifle – in the concourse of Newark Penn Station, where anyone could have been harmed by them.I hate it when guns jump out of suitcases, load themselves, and start shooting up a train station.
