Notice in her little speech she NEVER denied the charges, just did the usual “Trump Trump Trump” BS, yet she NEVER denied the allegations..she did EXACTLY what she accused Trump of except well, she’s a black commie so its all good
oh boy, she’s really going to get mad at Donald Trump now.
No matter how connected, high profile or how misshapen your head, no one is above the law.
Does this end her attorney general job before Trump is gone or does she hang on with delays until Trump.is gone and hope a Dem wins who pardons James?
Her entire career is a fraud.
And I’m betting she’s not going to get anything worse than a dirty look for her crimes. She’s not “cooked.” Republicans don’t have the balls to prosecute.
When she eventually goes to trial, I hope Pres Trump sits right in the front row just as she did for his trial.

I would normally agree with you, but not this new bunch Trump out in.
The Democrats started lawfare while actually being guilty of crimes accused of.
We need to see what the local property tax or assessor records say regarding these properties. If James is claiming a homestead exemption, then she is committing tax fraud.
If she claimed she would be living at the property when she applied for a mortgage, she committed fraud.
There’s a perfectly reasonable explanation, she was doing in-depth investigation into the Trump crimes and had try to duplicate it for better understanding on how Trump defrauded the system. So obviously it’s all Trump’s fault she did this, and was done in the name of fairness and justice. We should view her as a heroine. / sarc
She will never go to trial. At best she will plead guilty to a lesser charge of some sort, be given probation and a payable fine.
Taking her to trial in NYC? The same people who convicted Trump?

Not so sure. There may be good venue in the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division. A rat city but some red and purple (shown as pink on the map in the link) it might be possible to gather a decent jury there
