Jeffrey Epstein’s Convicted Accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell Asks the US Supreme Court To Hear Her Appeal

Former socialite and convicted sex offender, Ghislaine Maxwell is now asking the US Supreme Court to hear her appeal against a 2021 conviction on five counts of aiding convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein in his sexual abuse of young girls.

Daily Mail reported:

“Maxwell’s lawyers filed a 159-page Petition to the highest court in the country on Thursday asking the Supreme Court Justices to throw out her 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.”

Looks to me like she probably has a pretty good case here. Her position is that there was a non prosecution agreement between Jeffrey Epstein and the US attorney for the relevant district of Florida where that attorney agreed on behalf of the United States, that Jeffrey Epstein's alleged accomplices up to and including Maxwell, would not be prosecuted. Maxwell has been prosecuted in the Southern District of New York, apparently in violation of that agreement. A while back ndy Mccarthy, a former U.S. attorney, talked about this on Fox News and said that normally an agreement with a US attorney not the prosecute or to be prosecuted lightly on various grounds was an agreement that did not just bind the Florida US attorney but that bound the whole government. This is really a case that ought to go to the Supreme Court.

She needs to be waterboarded and then fed to the sharks.

She has a point because not one perp was ever prosecuted. How can you be guilty of sex trafficking if there are no victims?

I don’t suppose this has anything to do with the possibility that the list of names will soon be released...

Could her case may be stronger if the government doesn’t produce a client for all the poor victims she and Jeffrey trafficked? Prince Andrew couldn’t have been the only one.

“Maxwell’s lawyers filed a 159-page Petition"

At one point, Pam Bondi had ALL of the Epstein files on her desk. She was going to release them the next day. Every single document in the case. It amounted to ... 120 pages.

Then she "found out" that there might be more than that.

If not one single John is arrested, let alone convicted, was there actually a crime? Either arrest people or let her go. Perhaps arrest all the “fake” victims instead and restore the sullied reputations of those poor falsely accused men?

Is there no end to this guy’s crimes? Remember how he was told to lay off Epstein? (Before moving on to Covid killings.)

And the media continue to deceive by ignoring the blackmail/intel connections.

Is this because Roberts was a rumored attendee to Epstein?

More important, the fact that none of the other perpetrators was prosecuted indicates that the agreement was adhered to until Maxwell was arrested. Now the question before the Supreme Court is whether a non-prosecution agreement duly executed by a US attorney in one district binds US attorneys in all districts. I’ve never heard that such an agreement doesn’t.

I have to wonder who is running the sex extortion honey pot scheme now ?

Epstein’s out of the picture , Sean Combs is on ice for the time being. Somebody has an operation going on somewhere. Who could it be now ?

The “victims” showed up to collect from Epstein’s estate.

The people that visited Epstein’s homes can mostly be determined.

Wy isn’t NY’s Attorney General trying to find and prosecute the criminal visitors?

The agreement would probably only apply to past offenses.

I suspect Maxwell & Epstein were running a blackmail scheme for a certain intelligence service. That I suspect is why Maxwell got the long sentence she did.

Fake victims? Epstein was found guilty previously (he plead guilty in 2008 to trafficking a child for prostitution (14 years old).

“Looks to me like she probably has a pretty good case here.”

You’re probably right and most likely she’ll have the conviction thrown out by SCOTUS if they take the case.

With DJT, Bondi and Patel at the helm, there should be demands that every piece of evidence, including videos, money transfers, documents, texts, everything be released immediately. And every single person involved with these crimes, from the procurators, drivers, air crew, maids, butlers, perps - everyone, prosecuted and incarcerated if convicted.

Let’s see if we’re still governed by “the rule of law” . . .

Go ahead. Say it. MOSSAD.

I love the Jews, my father was of that heritage himself. However, I'm not thrilled with Israel's Mossad running a blackmail Honey Trap, especially an UNDERAGED one.
