One of California's largest Muslim celebrations took place at Cal Expo on Sunday.
Despite the rain and wind, more than 40,000 people gathered to mark the end of Ramadan.

Is this the holiday that Moslems celebrate with animal sacrifices? The Old Testament requires animal sacrifice.
Christians no long do animal sacrifice because Christ is the final and perfect sacrifice, as explained at length in Hebrews.
Muslims claim to believe in the NT, so I don't know how they rational animal sacrifice. Does the Koran "clarify" Hebrews?
A few ultra-Orthodox Jewish sects in the U.S. also still practice animal sacrifice, mostly of chickens.
