This reads as though this ruling was rendered by a three judge panel of the Fourth Circuit. The plaintiffs can now appeal to the full Court for review. The next stop after that is SCOTUS.

The modus operandi of the Obama administration, the nominal Biden administration, Soros and other leftist globalists is to circumvent the will of the voting American citizenry. They've tried to do this by:

1. Vote fraud (in it's multiple iterations).
2. Promotion of illegal immigration to push rapid demographic shifts and eventual consequent voting shifts.
3. Lawfare, to prevent instituting policies supported by voters.
4. Vicious targeting of anyone in the position to oppose their agenda, (e.g. what they tried to do to Trump, what they're trying to do to Elon, what they did to Peter Navarro, General Flynn, and others). This has included false accusations and vicious and unscrupulous lawfare.
5. Promoting race and class divisions in order to form leftist voter coalitions, and in so doing promoting hatred and violence.
6. Destroying our economic power, leaving a bleak future for our youth - while trying to sell them on Marxism as a solution.

Trump is flawed, like all of us, but he is sincere, strong, and a Godsend. I feel that we've barely survived what appeared to be the coming end of the USA we know and love.
