The Trump administration is rolling out a new app to replace the controversial CBP One app with the new replacement designed to facilitate the self-deportation of illegal immigrants.

The Department of Homeland Security is announcing the CBP Home app -- which will launch with a self-deportation reporting feature for those in the country illegally.

It replaces the CBP One app, which was expanded by the Biden administration to allow migrants to schedule appointments at ports of entry to be paroled into the U.S. Hundreds of thousands were paroled into the U.S. as a result. The Trump administration has ended the ability to use the app for that purpose.

“...and now they can go home and fix THEIR countries.”

Give me some solid examples of exactly where that has happened.

Does AOC have any American hires?

AOC's NY aide, opportunistic box-checker Saikat Chakrabarti is eyeing Cali, to run for pelosi's seat.

“President-elect Trump has indicated plans to restrict and eliminate legal immigration pathways, including humanitarian protections.”

This is also good - everyone loves “legal” immigration, right? Up to a million “legal immigrants” are admitted each year into the US including “The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program,” for up to 55,000 immigrant visas annually which aims to “diversify the immigrant population in the United States.” 22 million apply each year.

Why does the “immigration population in the US need to be “diversified.” How about stopped. Cold. Now.

“The foreign-born population in the United States has reached a record high, with 15.6% of the U.S. population being foreign-born.”

I suspect the foreign born population is far higher than that - take a trip to my local CostCo where English is the last language you will hear, you will think you are in a foreign country.

AOC aide self-deports to Columbia.

“It feels surreal to not be illegalized anymore. I don’t have to live in the shadows or constantly worry about paperwork,” said Diego de la Vega underplaying his criminality....he came to the US in 2001 from Ecuador at 7 yrs old on a visitor’s visa and illegally overstayed.

The news raises thorny questions about crimes illegal Diego de la Vega may have committed in his US govt job......employed by AOC.....the Queens-based Democrat.

What exactly did Diego de la Vega do in Congress?

Did he have anything to do with the hundreds of millions the U.S. has provided Ecuador? Foreign aid, including $39 million in development funding in 2023, and $117.3 million through USAID since 2020. Additionally, counternarcotics and counter-transnational organized crime capacity building assistance totals $81 million since 2018.

Was Ecuador paying him while he was in a govt job?

Did he get a cut of the USAID millions?

Since 2020, the U.S. has invested $117.3 million in Ecuador through USAID, with a recent $39 million contribution announced in September 2024, focusing on development and well-being.

Total Investment:
The U.S. investment in Ecuador through USAID since 2020 totals $117.3 million.

Maybe you misread?

It isn’t stating it’s been done.

But it is what each country’s citizens should work toward doing. History has examples.

So he can buy up all the motels in CA and the name “Mr. Chakrabarti” will be sported prominently on the business operating license.

The Obama and Biden administration has turned America into a nation of criminals. Committing crimes the Americans don’t want to commit.

El Salvador under Nayib Bukele has also been cleaning itself up.

Once you leave you will never qualify to ever enter the US legally in any capacity.

I disagree.

As long as that person did not break any laws other than entering the country illegally, the person should be able to get back in the line with everyone else and have the opportunity to come to USA, if that is what that person wants to do.

Otherwise, why would they self-deport?

Why self-deport? It’s going to be a lot more painful having the force of government used against them to get out of the country. That force includes up to and including death if they are extremely resistant to leaving.

If they have broken the law to get into the country illegally, there’s a decent chance they’ll break other laws even in the country legally.

Examples like the Columbia students deportation is sending a message that if you don’t self deport and we catch you, you lose the ability to do it on their terms. My understanding is he had an American wife and child.

Biden encouraged foreigners to enter the US illegally. This of course is unpardonable and cruel.

George W. Bush lost all of my previously loyal support by refusing to stop illegal immigration in violation of his Oath of Office to uphold US law, but, at least, Bush didn't actively encourage illegal immigration, almost as bad as Biden but not quite.

The election of Trump to the Presidency was a brilliant collective decision by the American People. After many Presidents have failed to secure the Border, Trump will succeed. Thank God.
