How many times are Americans going to have to sit through so-called “experts” and their media lackeys telling us for months that we have to listen to them, only for them to admit later when it’s too late that they were wrong?
After Democrats took a beating in the 2024 election, Politico has the gall to say, “You know what, Americans, you were right all along. The economy was, in fact, failing.”
"Analysis: How Democrats were tricked into believing the economy was strong, writes former U.S. Comptroller Eugene Ludwig👇 https://t.co/XMmmVB49Wp"

“Before the presidential election, many Democrats were puzzled by the seeming disconnect between ‘economic reality’ as reflected in various government statistics and the public’s perceptions of the economy on the ground. Many in Washington bristled at the public’s failure to register how strong the economy really was. They charged that right-wing echo chambers were conning voters into believing entirely preposterous narratives about America’s decline,” Politico wrote.

Politico? Wasn’t that the bunch democrats bought? Or bribed?
There MUST be consequences for broadcasting/printing/producing lying propaganda.
Conspiracy theories have had a very good track record the last 5-6 years.
They should be required to label their stories as opinion pieces. As well as being sued for false advertising for the stories that they posted as news.
Following the links eventually leads fairly obscure arguments such as:
“I don’t believe those who went into this past election taking pride in the unemployment numbers understood that the near-record low unemployment figures — the figure was a mere 4.2 percent in November — counted homeless people doing occasional work as “employed.” But the implications are powerful. If you filter the statistic to include as unemployed people who can’t find anything but part-time work or who make a poverty wage (roughly $25,000), the percentage is actually 23.7 percent. In other words, nearly one of every four workers is functionally unemployed in America today — hardly something to celebrate.”
We are told there were errors that were essentially non-partisan. No mention is made of Politico receiving funding from the US Agency for International Development.
I’m not buying it. Clever writing, but just BS.
If somehow the parties and Presidents were reversed, the MSM would have painted a picture of economic gloom and depression.
BTTT
They robbed us via USAID money, to pay themselves to lie to us about
EVERYTHING.
No forgiveness.
Death, to the #EneMedia.
