At the end of last month, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) held its leadership elections. We’ve covered it in bits and pieces here at PJ Media. My friend and colleague Matt Margolis wrote about how every candidate for DNC chair agreed that racism and misogyny were factors in Kamala Harris’ defeat. MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart, who co-facilitated the forum, expressed his approval.
Another friend and colleague, Robert Spencer, pointed out that new DNC Chair Ken Martin is on record saying that he wants to try Donald Trump for treason. Sigh. Robert also noted that the Democrats chose wormy, mouthy beta-male David “Permascowl” Hogg as vice chair; that choice alone should demonstrate how unserious the party is.
The Democrats’ commitment to identity politics made the DNC’s selection process a byzantine mess. Jonathan Chait explained this in an article he aptly titled “The Democrats Show Why They Lost.”
“To ensure our process accounts for male, female, and nonbinary candidates, we conferred with our [Rules and Bylaws Committee] co-chair, our LGBT Caucus co-chair, and others to ensure that the process is inclusive and meets the gender-balance requirements in our rules,” outgoing chair Jaime Harrison announced to the attendees. Yes, friends, still crazy after all these years…and the encroaching dementia is not benign. Can this party be saved? I have my doubts. The intellectual corrosion is comprehensive; it is only matched by the self-righteous arrogance. But what’s the alternative? I’ve been through Dems in Disarray syndrome multiple times in the past: in 1972, in 1980, in 1988, in 2016…but, gotta say, this is the worst I’ve ever seen it. There is a vast cluelessness abroad in the party. Its prevailing vision of an America based on identity now resides in the outhouse.

First we saw the lunatic fringe influencing the party. Then we saw the lunatic fringe leading the party. Now all that’s left of the party is the lunatic fringe. When I saw Davey Hogg named vice chair I knew it was over.
You folks have it COMPLETELY backwards. It is looking like the whole contingent of individuals in the Democrat Party who could be leadership or influence leadership are TRAITORS.

I think I never really knew what rabid, lunatic hateful obsession was until I saw Democrats react to their loss this last time. They would destroy this country if it meant they could get Trump.

Like toddlers, they throw continuous tantrums and the cycle repeats, no matter the issue, they stick out their tongue and call you names. They are children. Not serious people.
They have no policy ideas that the American people agree with.
Without the funneling and laundering of money, only the Republicans can save them.
Focus not on the left but on the Republicans known to cave. Call or email as often as you can to keep on pushing the Trump agenda onward.
All the Dems needed to do was to publicly acknowledge that Trump won the 2016 election without Russian interference.

David Hogg is male, white, and a product of Harvard, just like me. But I earned my place at Harvard (as a grad student with a fellowship), and my PhD, while he got in for purely political reasons. I suspect that he “earned” his BA by taking easy courses—if anyone wants to prove me wrong, I am open to it.
Hogg at least in the past said that he wants to run for the House when he becomes age-eligible. That would be in 2026. He would need to move out of Florida to a blue state, and to resign his Dim party position.
The demonic party has for decades used claiming the moral high ground to advance its power grab. They started out with Indians and blacks and moved to women etc, today it’s moral high ground involves illegal invaders and sexual deviants and the grotesquely gender confused. They’ve played it out. They are also now in the process of losing their illicit funding thru USAID. Things are going to get interesting from here on out.
Replace the DNC with the Committee for the Liberation and Integration of Terrifying Organisms and their Rehabilitation Into Society.
I can’t help but notice—our real target is not the democrats but the cabal itself.

We need two parties that both love America and can compromise on moving us forward. Our system was built with that hope in mind. But media and the so called intellectuals have driven liberals over the cliff and violence is coming.
I remember a party presidential candiate that won 54 percent of the vote and 40 states once.
Then two guys by the names of clinton and perot popped onto the scene. And that was that.
I don’t like all the talk of a “dead” or “dying” democrat party...it leads to celebration prematurely, I think, sometimes.
Seeing the enemy as formidable is almost Always the better approach.
NO, they cannot win with the nonsense they are pushing now.
But sooner or later, some liar will pop out of nowhere after being raised by the leftist elite and he will say
“this is insanity. We must listen to the American people.”
And he will be lying through his teeth but the party will drift towards something regarding not completley insane.
So let’s be on the lookout...because we have all seen fortunes change quickly.
