A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the gender ideology webpages it deleted.
US District Jud7ge John Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a George W. Bush appointee, ordered Trump to restore the pages by midnight tonight.
Last month, President Trump scrubbed public health websites of all things related to “gender ideology.”
A group dubbed Doctors For America sued the Office of Personal Management and numerous government agencies, claiming the removal could prevent doctors from helping patients.
Judge Bates agreed with Doctors for America and ordered the extremist ideology to be restored.
A federal judge ordered federal health agencies Tuesday to restore pages they removed from their websites last month to comply with President Donald Trump’s executive order on “gender ideology and extremism,” saying the decision to pull them down could be detrimental to public health.
The decision by U.S. District Judge John Bates, a George W. Bush appointee, came after a testy Monday afternoon hearing in which he sharply questioned the administration about doctors’ claims that the removal of the pages damaged their ability to care for patients.
Bates said Tuesday that the pages’ removal appeared to harm some doctors’ ability to treat patients and was done without any public rationale, recourse or ability to challenge the decisions, despite laws and regulations that typically require them

More asinine judicial overreach. Why should we even have elections or separation of powers if a couple left-wing judges can supposedly run the entire federal government and dictate all of its policies from the bench.

So now judges are making decisions on what executive branch webpages should say. If this isn’t micromanaging, I don’t know what is. This should be the set up for a quick appeal and a monumental Supreme Court smackdown.
These Judge’s supposed powers have gone to their heads. In what world does a judge decide what goes on a webpage? Judges interpet the law. Period. Thats it. And what law says this pseudo science must be on a webpage? None.
We don’t have separate powers, but coequal powers. That’s what makes getting anything done so difficult.
Now judges are dictating policy. These judges are causing “the Constitutional crisis”.
Once again, the one word response is NO. Trump CANNOT comply with these subjective edits.
Note the ruling was based not on law but as a matter of public policy. A judicial coup.
Technically, you have to get up to the Supreme Court to have “co-equal” powers. Even then, there is always the question of enforcement.
Time for DOGE to have a look at these guys.

Bull crap. A missing WEB PAGE harms a “doctor’s” ability to treat patients? That’s absurd. Besides, the “treatment” is chopping off sex organs and prescribing permanent and powerful drugs for life often for young children who cannot give consent.

Suppose judges can demand styling changes?
There’s plenty of evidence that gender ideology is harmful to patients. It would be nice if Trump could roll up all these frivolous law suits into one SCOTUS case.
The judiciary has no independent mechanism to compel compliance. With Pam Bondi as AG no one will get prosecuted for non-compliance to these unlawful rulings.
Just put a photo of the judge up on the webpage with the caption “girly man”.
And the Supreme Court takes 50 cases a year? So trump might get three or four out of this weeks cases maybe.
In my opinion someone should file a complaint again everyone of these doctors licenses who were the plaintiffs in the case. They have broken the oath each id us take as we treat individual patients not groups and shirks not become mired in politics. This is not proper physician behavior

Trump is only going to put up with this for so long. Hopefully Roberts and crew realize it and act quickly to slap this tom foolery down.
